Daily Reading Time-
Spend a minimum of 30 minutes each school day reading. Students should use library books or online books. Younger students who have an account in our HVA Online Epic Library may use that website too.

Click HERE to visit Khan Academy. Choose your current grade level and begin with the first lesson in that section. Each time you practice, continue where you left off the time before. It is good to spend at least 20 minutes of practice time on each visit. Use Khan Academy to review this week and anytime throughout the school year!

K-8 students should regularly spend time practicing math facts. Use the websites listed below.
1. Practice with Flash Card Math. Click HERE to visit the website and get started. Older students may use this to see how well they know their math facts too.
2. Click HERE to play Harvest This, an interactive math game to practice math facts.
Extra Math Practice-
Elementary Math with Mr. J is another good resource to use for review. Click HERE to visit. There are different math topics to choose from. Use this channel to keep your math skills sharp!

Complete one hour of physical activity each school day.
